Debra Schlaht of Human Performance Solutions, LLC joined Arleen McClean of Work Smarter as featured speakers for The Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest January 21, 2009 monthly luncheon. "8 Ways to Improve Your Business in ANY Economy" gave members and guests tips to improve their marketing message in order to attract customers and how to best maintain their base to remain viable in any economic cycle.

"It is critical for people to find new ways to attract and keep customers," states Arleen.  " Doing things the same way are not effective in this economy."

Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest's Executive Director, Charly Kenyon chose Debra Schlaht of Human Performance Solutions, LLC to lead the organization through the development of of their strategic business plan.  Work began with an informational meeting that described the process and distribution of the pre-work that is to be completed at the May 16th retreat where the strategic plan will be drafted.
